At Emzbiz Enterprise we offer various services ranging from graphic designs, media marketing,social marketing, on the go marketing, branding and promotion. Our aim is to help your business increase it sales, traffic, reputation and customer base. We get your business out to your designed target audience and market with carefully and well strategies plans and process that suits your kind of business.Our company is set out to provide our customers with the best and affordable marketing solutions (any of services rendered)
MARKETING
Our brand offer various range of marketing services with each plan and package having charges rate.
GOLD PLAN: We manage your marketing scheme for a range of six months at a value added package plan of 900,000 (negotiable).
PLATINUM PLAN:We manage your marketing scheme for a range of six months at a value added package plan of 600,000 (negotiable)
SILVER PLAN: We manage your marketing scheme for a range of six months at a value added package plan of 300,000 (negotiable)
BRONZE PLAN: We manage your marketing scheme for a range of six months at a value added package plan of 150,000 (negotiable)
THE TERM (OUR SERVICES)
This means any of the services the client chooses, it might be promotion, social media campaign, branding, graphic design, media marketing or on the go marketing.
At Emzbiz Enterprise our customers privacy is of utmost importance to us, all the information (personal and meant to be private) are considered confidential and would not be shared or rented out to any third party.
Quality control is a must. We offer quality services to our customers, to keep them coming back, we bring the best clients and all products received are treated with good workmanship. Our customers are KING.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept three methods of payments before commencement of work
Bank transfer
Teller
Mobile transfer
Before commencement of work 60% of payments is to be paid and the balance of 40% is to be paid at the completion of the job, full payment at the beginning of the Job is also welcomed if the customer may choose to.
No refunds or cashback after payments have been made.
In the instance where payment is delayed after completion, the customer is given a seven day grace to meet with payment where after there will be 5% increase daily for seven days to be paid within that period or the case would be reported to the appropriate authority.
In the event of supplying of goods (from client office to customer) cost and insurance of goods will be the sole responsibility of the client.
When products and services are being marketed or sold out, Emzbiz Enterprise is entitled to 30% share of the total amount per item sold.
This percentage is subject to change with respect to negotiation between the company and the client.
In circumstances where the client may need a particular location to be covered which is not easily accessible or with the changes in economical situation, price of services rendered might change and in this case the client would be informed in advance before any final decision will be taken. For a repeat of service business prize will differ base on client request of service and method.
WARRANTY
During the period of the marketing campaign, the company is responsible for maintenance of the quality of the goods and make sure it's free of defects before and after the campaign. In the event of any damaged item(s), repair or replacement would be handled by the company.
This warranty is only valid during the period of the marketing campaign.
In the event of any problems during the marketing campaign, all issues will be resolved by Emzbiz Enterprise and the client. There shall be no involvement of any third party.
